Terms of Service
The following Terms and Conditions apply to any and all of the websites owned by Garage Sale Industries, LLC, including BabbsWebShop.com, BaileyInternetGroup.com, GarageSaleShow.com, MileHighCardFile.com, and MileHighBusinessGuide.com. The company will be referred to as GSI within these terms of service.

No Refunds will be granted for services provided by Babbs' Web Shop, or any of the family of websites within its parent company, Garage Sale Industries, LLC (GSI). If any work is deemed unsatisfactory by the client, GSI will make every reasonable attempt to correct text and images to meet client's needs as stated in writing on original contract, accepted bid, or email request for service.

Email addresses provided to GSI will not be shared, sold or marketed in any way to any third party.

Web Hosting services and email addresses are provided to client for the express purpose of conducting legitimate business on the internet. Client agrees to comply with accepted standards and practices for the use of such resources. Should GSI receive complaints of spam that is determined to have been sent via servers provided by GSI, or using an email address that is hosted by GSI, whether or not the spam was sent via GSI servers, all email addresses on the offending domain will be terminated.

Web hosting and email addresses provided by GSI are not to be used for any items of a pornographic or illegal nature. In the event Client uses, or allows to be used, any resources for a pornographic or illegal purpose such as phishing, pharming, or any other illegal or unlawful purpose as determined by GSI, Client's website and email addresses, along with any other resources secured through GSI, will be terminated immediately.

Purchaser agrees to hold GSI harmless for any expected or unforeseen damages which may result, directly or indirectly, from the publication of websites, banners, text advertising or any submitted materials, or for the termination of services when Client is determined by GSI to be in violation of these terms.

GSI reserves the right to reject any ad, website, or project at any time, for any reason. If an ad is rejected, the purchaser may work with GSI to bring it into compliance with standards for the web site(s). If no compromise is reached, purchaser will receive a full refund for the cost of the advertisement in question. There is no refund for web design, development, or hosting services that are provided by GSI.

Hosting fees (including, but not limited to: web space, bandwidth, and other online services), where applicable, are paid in advance. As such, advance fees are non-refundable. If Client's account is past due, meaning payment for hosting and other advance fees is not received by the first of the month for that month's service, Client's domain and email accounts may be suspended until account is brought current.

Copyright to all design elements is vested to the Client upon full payment for such services. GSI reserves the right to withhold the upload of design and development projects to Client's server space until payment is received in full.

Our offices are in the State of Colorado, and the services provided under the Terms of Service are provided from these facilities. Our Agreement under these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive venue for any actions or claims arising under the Agreement shall be in the appropriate county court located in Arapahoe County, Colorado. By continued use of the services of any of the Garage Sale Industries, LLC family of websites, you agree to the jurisdiction of such courts.

$25 fee will be charged for checks returned for any reason. Purchaser also agrees to reimburse Garage Sale Industries, LLC for any bank charges and other expenses which may be incurred as a result of the returned check.

$5 fee per transaction will be charged for any credit/debit card that is declined for any reason. There will be an additional $5 bookkeeping charge for payments that must be charged to Client's card in more than one transaction per invoice or statement.
